This task has to be well defined before planning the center and buying equipment. Very often we see especially new / young simulation centers struggling with this topic. Stakeholders often do not have a clear idea of what a simulation center can do for their hospital/university/institution.
As a result, there a no defined goals which commonly results in disappointment on different sides after opening.
